With residents in mind right from the design stage, Chase Center was built for comfort. We offer easy access for our guests, providing window views of the outdoors from every room, community gathering spaces, and a relaxing outdoor courtyard.

The village square—a hub of community activity—is near the dining hall and therapy services. In spacious wings beyond this main area, three neighborhoods of resident rooms—the quieter areas—offer more private space.

Three neighborhood units—Burlington, Fulton and Monticello, have 19 rooms each, with a nursing station at the center.

When your stay is for extended care, we offer 40 spacious private suites.

Not only do we accommodate for long-term stays, we also have short-term options. Our short-term rehabilitation unit is ready for move-in as soon as you are! We have 12 suites with built-in showers for your convenience and privacy.We have an option for everyone!
